Information on Private Party Rentals

The Colony Aquatic Park is a favorite party place for kids of all ages, any time of the year!

  • Basic Private Rental: Price covers EXCLUSIVE use of one "Entertainment Zone", with lifeguards, plenty of play balls, and serving tables. All you supply is the food and guests!
    • Cost: $85 per hour for 50 people per zone (resident pricing)
  • Double Whammy: Go for two out of three of our "Entertainment Zones". This is perfect for groups with varied ages to satisfy.
    • Renting two zones... get 10% off final price
  • Everywhere Party: From the Splash Zone, to Leisure Lagoon, to the deepest point on the Indoor Pool, this rental is exclusive use of the entire facility.
    • Renting all three zones... get 10% off final price

Additional Notes

  • Kids, ages 6 and under must be within touch distance (5 feet) of a swimming adult everywhere in the facility except on the Splash Zone Playground. 
  • The fee for additional guests is $20 per hour per set of extra 50 guests. This fee is per zone rented.
  • Non-residents of The Colony will be charged an additional $20 per hour, per zone.
  • There is a 2-hour minimum on all rentals.
  • The number of guests to be counted includes non-swimmers.

Pool Party During Summer Public Swim - Easy as 1, 2, 3!

  1. Pick your date and spot during the 1:15-4:50 Summer Public Swim- 

Saturdays / Sundays / or / Holidays          

  • Price Includes: 20 Guest Tickets plus two tables (see selection below):
  • $140 for two tables at the Grand Pavilion 
  • $160 for two tables on the hill West of the Splash Zone (includes grill)
  • $180 includes Petite Pavilion with large grill
