City offices, facilities, and the library will be closed Thursday, Nov. 23, and Friday, Nov. 24, for the Thanksgiving holiday. The library will be closed Nov. 23-27. There will be no trash recycling collection on Thursday, Nov. 23. Collection will resume on Friday, Nov. 24, and be delayed one day the remainder of the week.
