On Nov. 2, voters in The Colony cast ballots for at-large City Council Places 1 & 2 and the Mayor's seat. Unofficial results are available from the Denton County Elections Administration.
Results will be made official following a canvassing meeting of the City Council on Monday, Nov. 15. New Councilors will be sworn-in on Nov. 16.
- Place 1: Judy Ensweiler, 61.86%, 1,758 votes; Allen Harris, 38.14%, 1,084 votes.
- Place 2: Robyn Holtz, 58.17%, 1,716 votes; Detrick DeBurr, 41.83%, 1,234 votes.
- Mayor: Richard Boyer, 100%, 2,337 votes.
