The public is welcome to arrive early to the Nov. 16 regular meeting of The Colony City Council for a brief reception in the City Hall lobby at 6:15 p.m. as we bid farewell to outgoing Council members and welcome those newly elected.
Outgoing Council members are longtime Mayor Joe McCourry and Place 1 Councilmember Kirk Mikulec.
Newly elected Council members are Mayor Richard Boyer, Place 1 Councilmember Judy Ensweiler, and Place 2 Councilmember Robyn Holtz.
