For the 14th consecutive year, The Colony Economic Development Corp. has received the Texas Economic Development Council's award for Excellence in Economic Development for 2021, presented during the Winter Conference held this month in Sugarland.
The award honors an agency's outstanding commitment to excellence in training, professional memberships and activities and effectiveness in promoting our community. Only 57 cities in Texas received the award for 2021.
