The Colony City Secretary’s Office wishes to remind residents that the deadline to register to vote is Oct. 10. The City of The Colony City Council Election is Tuesday, Nov. 7.

Voter registration applications are available at The Colony Public Library, 6800 Main St., or online at www.votedenton.com.

If you are unable to locate your voter registration card or need to change your address, please contact the voter registrar in Denton County at metro 940-349-3200.

Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 7. Early voting dates and times are as follows:

  • 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday, Oct. 23-28;
  • 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 29; and,
  • 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, Oct. 30 - Nov. 3.

During early voting, voters may cast ballots at any early voting location within Denton County. Locally, early voting will be at The Colony Annex building, 6804 Main St. Visit www.VoteDenton.gov  for a full list of polling places. On Election Day, Nov. 7, voters must cast ballots at locations determined by their precinct.
