The automated phone system for making utility payments is currently offline due to third-party issues. As of Thursday, June 14, repairs were well underway but we are unable to determine how much longer they will take to complete.
In the meantime, you may access your account online, stop by City Hall (6800 Main St.) during regular business hours, or utilize the night-deposit box on the north side of the building. Other payment options are also available. We thank you for your patience.
