[ARCHIVED] Utility payment phone system offline

The automated phone system for making utility payments is currently offline due to third-party issues. Repairs are in progress but the system will be unavailable until further notice.

In the meantime, you may access your account online, visit the Customer Service lobby at City Hall (6800 Main St.) during normal business hours, pay by mail, utilize the night-deposit box on the north side of City Hall, or take advantage of Fidelity Express locations.
