[ARCHIVED] Utility payment phone system offline March 15
The automated phone system for making utility payments (known also as the IVR) will be offline for routine maintenance between 6 and 8 a.m. Friday, March 15. We appreciate your patience during that time.
Customers are encouraged to utilize other payment methods if necessary, such as accessing their account online, using the night-deposit box on the north side of City Hall (6800 Main St.), or a Fidelity Express location. More information is available on the Utility Billing page of our website.
