In just his first year as the School Resource Officer (SRO) at The Colony High School, TCPD Officer Omar Montemayor has earned the School Resource Officer of the Year award by the Texas Association of School Resource Officers.
This is a statewide award and the entire city is proud of Officer Montemayor for his service to the students and staff at The Colony High School.
