City staff will be conducting maintenance on the utility billing systems between 6 and 8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 19, during which the online portal and automated phone system for making utility payments will both be offline.
We appreciate your patience during that time. Customers may still access the night deposit box on the north side of City Hall (6800 Main St.) or utilize Fidelity Express locations to make a payment. More information about payment options is available on the Utility Billing page of our website.
