[ARCHIVED] Traffic: Overnight lane, ramp closures on the SRT, Jan. 31-Feb. 1

The North Texas Tollway Authority has announced a series of overnight lane and ramp closures, 10 p.m. to 5 p.m. nightly, Sunday, Jan. 31, through Monday, Feb. 1, as follows:

  • All lanes of westbound Sam Rayburn Tollway at the Main Street/Josey Lane Toll Gantry;
  • Westbound entrance ramp for Paige Road/Plano Parkway.

Detours: Westbound SRT, take the Main Street/Josey Lane exit and continue on SH 121 (the SRT frontage road) through the Main Street/Josey signal to re-enter westbound SRT.

The SRT Fourth Lane Project includes adding a fourth lane in each direction of the roadway from US 75 to south of Denton Tap Road.  All closures are subject to weather conditions and will be postponed, if necessary. Motorists are urged to use caution in the construction area.
