  2. Are you having a bounce house at your event? If yes, you MUST provide a copy of the bounce house vendor's insurance BEFORE we can complete your reservation. The vendor's insurance should list The City of The Colony as an additional insured party.*

  4. Refund Policy*

    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that refunds must be requested a minimum of 2 business days in advance and will be assessed a 20% administrative fee. Refund requests made after the event will only be issued in the event of severe weather or heavy downpour during rental hours. Refunds will not be issued in the event of extreme temperatures or light to moderate rain.

  5. Entry Fee Acknowledgement *

    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that there is a $10 per vehicle for non-residents or $7 for The Colony residents (with proof of residency) entry fee into the park. Please make sure that your group is aware of the entry fee; if anyone has an annual pass, they will not need to pay the entry fee.
